Sustainable Fiber Packaging
Custom-fit wet-press fiber inserts — designed, sourced, and quality-assured by Celiform. 100% plastic-free. Built for an elevated unboxing.
We handle the entire fiber packaging pipeline — from designing the cavity to your product's exact dimensions, to sourcing from our vetted manufacturer network, to quality-checking every batch before dispatch.
Your relationship is with Celiform. Full accountability for what arrives — no factory navigation, no language barriers, no surprises.
Designed to your dimensions
Share your product — a bottle, a jar, a cartridge. We map the cavity geometry, specify tolerances, and confirm a dimensioned drawing before any sample is made.
Sourced from vetted manufacturers
Every supplier in our network is evaluated on dimensional accuracy, surface quality, certifications, and consistency — not just price.
Quality checked, every batch
Each order is inspected against your approved sample — dimensions, surface finish, compression, packaging integrity. Issues caught before they become yours.
Order volumes built around you
We work with brands at every stage — testing a new line or scaling an existing one. Reach out and we'll align on volumes and timeline that suit your launch.
The process standard required from every manufacturer in our network — ensuring a dense, fused fiber structure with a smooth surface on both sides.
Every cavity engineered to hug your product exactly. No rattle, no shifting. A friction-fit that holds glass securely through transit.
Pure cellulose fiber — PFAS-free, home compostable, and FSC-certified material available on request.
Wet-press thermoforming yields a premium matte finish on both surfaces — interior and exterior. Visible quality the moment the box opens.
The difference between a dry-pressed pulp tray and a wet-press thermoformed insert is visible the moment you hold one. Flawlessly matte. Dense. Structurally rigid. The kind of packaging that tells your customer they made the right choice.
This is what Celiform sources exclusively. No compromise on process, no compromise on material.

One contact. Full accountability.
No navigating overseas factories or chasing delayed replies. Celiform manages the entire supplier relationship — you deal with us.
Quality checked, every batch
Every order is inspected against your approved sample before it ships. If a batch doesn't meet spec, we resolve it — not you.
Carefully selected manufacturer network
Certified wet-press fiber manufacturers, each evaluated on dimensional precision, surface quality, and batch consistency — not just price.
Designed before it's sourced
No off-the-shelf inserts and hoping they fit. Cavity geometry is confirmed against your product dimensions before production begins.
Transparent on lead times
We give you the real timeline upfront — before production begins. No optimistic estimates that slip later, no last-minute surprises.
Order volumes that fit your stage
Whether you're trialling a new line or scaling a proven one, we'll align on volumes that work. Pricing and minimums are shared transparently on enquiry — no rigid thresholds.
Request a curated sample box — hold the insert, test the fit, compare to your current packaging. No commitment, no pressure.
Get Your SampleEvery engagement follows the same sequence — no ambiguity, no missed steps. Here's what happens from the moment you reach out to the moment your inserts arrive.
Send us your product
Share dimensions or courier a physical sample. We map everything needed to design the insert cavity.
Day 1Cavity design & approval
A dimensioned cavity drawing produced to your product's exact spec. You approve before any sample is made.
Days 2–5Physical sample in hand
A physical sample is couriered to you. Test the fit, the finish, the feel. Approve and we trigger production.
Days 10–20Production & delivery
Full production with pre-dispatch inspection against your approved sample. Delivered on time, with a delivery report.
Days 25–55 post-approvalCeliform is built by Shreyansh and Siddhant Somani — twin brothers who grew up inside a manufacturing business, watching supplier relationships and production decisions up close. That gave them a genuine feel for where quality gets made, and where it gets lost.
They started Celiform after seeing the same gap across premium Indian D2C brands — significant investment in product, formulation, and brand identity, undermined by an insert that cheapened the unboxing. Not from carelessness, but from a lack of a partner who could handle sourcing properly. That's the gap Celiform was built to close.

siddhant@celiform.comWhat's the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are flexible and depend on cavity complexity, material spec, and your stage as a brand. We'd rather understand your launch plan and align on a volume that works for both sides — share your requirement and we'll quote accordingly.
How long does the full process take?
From first contact to sample approval: typically 10–20 days. Full production runs follow 25–55 days post-approval depending on volume and manufacturer. We share the actual timeline before any commitment — not an optimistic estimate.
Can your inserts handle heavy glass bottles?
Yes. Wet-press thermoformed fiber is specifically suited to heavy, fragile glass — the ±0.5mm friction-fit prevents movement entirely, and the material's density absorbs transit stress rather than transmitting it.
Do I need a CAD or 3D file of my product?
No. A .STEP or .IGES file speeds up design considerably, but isn't required. Share physical dimensions or courier a product sample — we handle all the cavity mapping from there.
What does pricing look like?
Pricing depends on cavity complexity, material spec, and order volume. We share a full, itemised quote after understanding your product — including any tooling fee, per-unit cost, and shipping estimate. No vague ranges, no hidden fees.
What if I'm not satisfied with the sample?
We adjust. Production doesn't begin until you've approved the physical sample. If the first sample isn't right, we revise the cavity spec and produce another. You're not committed until you're satisfied with what's in your hands.
Tell us what you're packaging. We'll recommend the right insert and get a physical sample to you — so you can see and feel the quality before committing to anything.
